Return Policy

TITAN Creative Group – Return & Refund Policy

At TITAN Creative Group, we take pride in delivering high-quality creative solutions to our clients. As a boutique agency offering both work-for-hire services and original intellectual property (IP) licensing, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of our work and commitment to transparency.

1. Work-for-Hire Services

Due to the custom nature of creative services, all work-for-hire projects are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work collaboratively to address any concerns. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the delivered work, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the final deliverable to discuss potential revisions, which may be included as part of the original scope or billed separately.

2. Licensed Intellectual Property (IP)

From time to time, TITAN Creative Group may offer access to proprietary creative assets, concepts, or materials under a licensing agreement. These licenses grant usage rights under specific terms and conditions, and are governed by a separate licensing contract.

As a general policy:

• All licensing fees are non-refundable once access to the IP or materials has been granted.

• If technical issues or errors prevent access or proper use of the licensed IP, please notify us within 5 business daysof receiving the material, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue or provide a suitable alternative.

3. Digital Deliverables

All digital files delivered (including but not limited to design files, videos, brand assets, and marketing collateral) are final sale and non-returnable, due to their intangible nature and the ease of duplication.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a work-for-hire agreement prior to the start of the project for a full refund of any upfront payments, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.

5. Exceptions & Discretion

TITAN Creative Group reserves the right to evaluate refund or return requests on a case-by-case basis. We aim to maintain long-term relationships and deliver excellent service and will always consider reasonable solutions.
